This position is responsible for working with customers directly in person and on the phone, answering their questions, and assisting them with finding the right heavy duty truck part to meet their needs.

 Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Greets all walk in/phone customers, providing excellent customer service.   

Gathers customer and/or product information to determine customer needs.

            Recommends, advises, & assists customer with products based on their needs.

            Processes sales and other transactions, as needed.

            Demonstrates products to customers, explaining technical product/service information.

            Keeps up with all new product development & any changes to relay to customers.

            Answers customer questions as they arise.

            Monitors and cleans work areas as required.

Arranges services and/or delivery of goods, notifying warehouse/delivery/shop personnel as needed.

Provides 2^nd mile customer service standards in every customer interaction.

            Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or GED equivalent needed. Any further education/experience in Sales field preferred.

Previous sales experience a plus but will train right person.

Should possess strong listening and verbal communication skills.

Must maintain a positive attitude, with a focus on customer service excellence in a fast-paced work environment.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively & prioritize tasks.

Must have willingness to learn products sold, customer service, policies, procedures, and about the trucking industry as a whole in order to meet customer needs.

Should be detail-oriented, focused, driven, and a self-starter.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Keyboarding  skills a must.

Must pass pre-employment drug test, including marijuana screening.

Shift:

Full time: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm; Saturday 9am-3pm, alternating.

Working Conditions:

Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching, stooping/kneeling, and bending. Stair climbing and walking on uneven surfaces will also be present. This entry-level Facility Maintenance and Mechanic position will perform routine building repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance, while ensuring facility safety and cleanliness. Also, basic mechanical aptitude to service and troubleshoot facility equipment such as: Forklifts, order pickers, golf cars, pickup trucks, vans, delivery vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

·         Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

·         Basic Construction knowledge as pertains to wood structure repair methods.

·         Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic mechanical issues and assist with repairs under supervision.

The SEO & Organic Growth Lead is responsible for supporting strategies that improve the company’s organic visibility, customer discovery, and digital presence. This position will work alongside the SEO On-Page Lead and eCommerce team to identify opportunities that support organic growth, improve customer experience, and increase visibility across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SEO and eCommerce with a curiosity and desire to learn how search continues to evolve. This role will stay informed on emerging search trends, including AI-powered search experiences, generative search, answer engines, and other developing technologies, while helping the company adapt its organic strategy as the digital landscape changes.

This position reports to the eCommerce Manager and collaborates closely with SEO, eCommerce, Marketing, Content, Product, Development, Design, and other internal teams.

• Support organic growth strategies aligned with company and eCommerce objectives.
• Partner with the SEO On-Page Lead to identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, customer discovery, and website performance.

• Monitor search engine updates, industry developments, and evolving best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve how company information, products, and content are discovered across digital platforms.
• Provide recommendations and insights to support future organic growth initiatives.
• Assist with testing, research, and measurement of new organic opportunities.

Emerging Search & Industry Trends:

• Stay informed on developments in SEO, AI-powered search, generative search, answer engines, and other emerging digital discovery platforms.
• Research how changes in search technology and customer behavior may impact organic visibility and eCommerce performance.
• Develop an understanding of emerging concepts such as GEO, AEO, and LLM-powered search experiences.
• Identify potential opportunities and provide recommendations as industry best practices continue to develop and share relevant insights and trends with internal teams.

Analytics & Insights:

• Monitor organic search performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze organic traffic, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and industry changes.
• Assist with reporting and communicating organic performance insights.
• Use data and research to support strategic decision-making.

Content & Customer Discovery:

• Research customer search needs, questions, and behaviors to identify content opportunities.
